To take place on Zoom or in the comfort of your home.
This is perfect for a quick refresher for previous hypnobirthing parents. Or maybe if you have found hypnobirthing later on in your pregnancy, want to combine hypnobirthing with another antenatal class or are on a budget.
This is not a full programme but will provide an understanding of the essential hypnobirthing techniques.
